Arrived onsite to install wireless thermostat due to bad wire in wall for second floor. Added wireless device. Confirmed operation of heating and cooling of second floor zone and the garage/family room. Note: initially installed in first floor furnace. Removed and confirmed operation of first floor heating and cooling.

Performed heating maintenance on two gas-fired furnaces, one in the attic and one in the basement. Confirmed operation, cleaned blower cabinets, gas burners, and flame sensors, and checked electrical for both systems. Both units had a 50-degree temperature rise and are operating as expected. Customer had already changed the 14x24x1 filters. Also performed dryer vent cleaning, finding the outside vent blocked with no access under the deck, so cleaned from the inside. Noted that the water heater is almost 10 years old, with the homeowner scheduling a plumber for replacement.

Timely, friendly and efficient..
After 1pm Arrival- EPP 2H/2C: Upstairs unit went out this morning. Customer believes that we were awaiting parts to come in, but I can't find anything in history that we owed besides the polarized air filter that we measured for.
