Joe, Gerry, Codi, Allison and the rest of the Climate Plus crew have been extremely helpful at addressing my goal of converting my home to Natural Gas from Propane. I did not have to worry about ordering parts, permits, or anything, the team takes care of everything, a real pleasant experience. Gas piping installation to the gas furnace, to the pool heater were meticulously positioned in a way that it is not an eyesore, they take pride on their workmanship. Found Climate Plus through Coleman customer support when our usual HVAC company could not fix a chronic issue with our Coleman furnace. Everyone at CP is knowledgeable, professional and 100% customer service focused. We now have a quiet, safe and efficient furnace with a warrantee that can be transferred if we sell the house. And they made sure we didn't go without heat for a minute. They will be our HVAC support going forward!

I highly recommend Climate Plus! I had an emergency situation Sunday evening and had to shut our furnace down. I called Climate Plus Monday and they assured me someone would come that same day. Joe came around 3:30 and was wonderful! He cleaned our dilapidated furnace for 3 hours. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing and what we need to do going forward.I will say, I called another local company first and left a message. It is now 3 days later and they still have not returned my call.I am so glad Sam, in the office at Climate Plus, answered the phone and assured me of service. She was great!Please, do yourself a favor and call Climate Plus if you are in need of service. I am very impressed with them and I am sure you will be as well!

Our heat went out on Friday night and we woke up to a chilly house on Saturday morning. I called Climate Plus early on Saturday morning, left a message then Joe called back shortly after. He came to your house within a few hours, diagnosed and solved the issue. In 2025, you cannot ask for better service than that!

Jack just did a service at my house and figured out what was wrong with my older boiler. He is polite, professional, very capable and friendly. He was patient with my questions and I was very comfortable with him being in my house with me alone. I have been using Climate Plus for my HVAC needs since 2007 and they have the best techs and admin support. I also find their pricing to be very fair. Highly recommend.

Today 11/22 Jack is excellent only problem again is office didn't communicate the delays which i feel not fair .most of the time they call or text but none of that today..Ridiculously i took whole day waiting for Jack to show up .if it was the customer who screw up the schedule we usually get a fee or charged but if company screw up its just being let go hopefully next time we need to be little professional..I'm bit disappointed

A great experience today, we woke up with no heat, called Climate Plus and fortunately they had Jack, our service person, close by. He came to the house, evaluated the problem, went out to secure the correct part, came back to the house, put on his booties and quickly replaced the part and had the heat pumping. 100% satisfied from start to finish.
