FOR 7/29: Afternoon Arrival; Customer reporting same issue as last time. Just a note: this customer is a bit sensitive about the diagnostic fee for the 2nd time. But also, when I explained partner plans, he said he would call back and never did. This may be a replacement unit or leak test
Afternoon Arrival; Comfort Club 1C- Customer reporting no cooling. He said the breaker tripped and they cannot get it to go back on. He also mentioned that he noticed the fan in the house is running, condenser seems to not be cooling, they turned it off. It is a Coleman, he thought unit may be 10 years old, then corrected himself and said maybe a little over 10 years old. He said we installed it but I don't have any information on the unit in the old system. It seems like he does have some kind of paperwork on it. Customer is aware of cost of service.
