Arrived onsite for fujistu mini split not working. Received error code. Performed diagnostic utilizing Fujitsu technician support. Found possible fault in control boards. Will perform further diagnostic on inside unit to confirm which boards are affected. Scheduled return visit for March 4th 5pm.

Air duct cleaning refers to the removal of dust and contaminants within the ductwork. Cleaning of the main supply duct system utilizing a Nikro negative air machine. All access points for the cleaning tools to enter the system are patched and sealed. The Nikro machine is a powerful vacuum that whisks away all dust and debris, preventing it from re-circulating throughout the home.

Heat Pump Maintenance: Addressed a client's concerns about inconsistent heating. Conducted a thorough inspection of their heat pump, cleaned the outdoor coil, and optimized refrigerant levels. The client now benefits from improved heating performance and energy savings.

Recovered the refrigerant from the old system, disconnected, and removed the furnace, condenser, and evaporator coil. Installed a new furnace, coil and heat pump condenser. Upgraded the zone control panel to properly communicate with the heat pump. Performed all of the necessary, high and low-voltage wiring connections, all of the required refrigerant, piping connections, and condensate drain connections. Reconnected the gas line and checked for leaks, all OK evacuated the system to 350 µm and confirm that it held for 10 minutes. Started up the system and added .57 ounce of R410 refrigerant, Connected to measure quick and performed a full system report, the new system is now operating and cooling properly.

Arrived onsite for maintenance for one gas fired high efficiency boiler. Requested the customer turn on the thermostats up to heat and confirm operation of the boiler and each zone valve. Turned the boiler off and removed heat exchanger cover. Cleaned heat exchanger. Performed a visual inspection of all electrical and inspected all external water components such as the exp tank, fill valve, backflow preventer and the circulator pump. Clear condensate lines. Cleaned the ignition system. Inspected combustion neutralizing media. Confirmed system is operating and heating properly at this time. Reset thermostat reminders for up bulbs and air filters

Arrived onsite for heating maintenance 1 high efficiency gas fired furnace. Turn heat on and confirmed operation. Did not observe filter. Requires a 16x25x1 filter. Brushed and Wiped down furnace blower cabinet and gas burners. Burners fired and are in good working order. No visual impingement detected. Checked electrical. Blew our combustion drain lines. Measured 38 degree heat rise. Cleaned the flame sensor. System is operating as it should.

Air Conditioning System Repairs: I arrived at the client’s home and identified insufficient refrigerant charge due to leaks in their HVAC system. I repaired the leaks and recharged the refrigerant to optimal levels, ensuring the system could operate at peak efficiency.

Arrived onsite for issue with condensation from attic AC air handler. Homeowner explained the plastic wall under the AC unit is wet and falling apart. Went into the attic and saw no signs of moisture under the air handler. Observed emergency pan that was dry and no signs of recent water in the pan. Not signed of water under any of the condensate lines. Also ductwork is insulated and no signs of water under the ductwork. Attic insulation is pink and fluffy and does appear to have any water exposure. Recommend revisiting during maintenance of hotter, humid months so we can observe if any water is coming from AC system.

Arrived onsite for maintenance on a gas-fired boiler. Had the customer turn up the thermostats to confirm boiler and zone valve operation. Turned the boiler off, cleaned the burners and burner compartment, and visually inspected electrical components and external water components, including the expansion tank, fill valve, and backflow preventer. System is operating as it should. Also performed dryer vent cleaning.

Over time, the valve's packing can leak, and a replacement may be necessary. This threaded brass valve is an excellent choice for replacing a worn or leaking valve.

This included meticulously cleaning the evaporator coil, inspecting the condensate drain, and applying lubrication to moving parts. Arrived onsite for heating maintenance on a Payne High Efficiency gas-fired furnace. Customer noted issues with the thermostat and system operation. Confirmed furnace operation, cleaned blower cabinet, burners, and flame sensor. Measured a 43-degree temperature rise, with the system operating as expected. Found the fan wire disconnected from the thermostat, reconnected it, and confirmed fan-only operation. The thermostat is old with unresponsive buttons, and the customer agreed to upgrade it. Also noted that the system uses phased-out R22 refrigerant and may struggle on hotter days. Recommended a Spring AC maintenance.

Performed maintenance on heating and cooling systems. Changed 20x20x1 and 24x24x1 filters, and washed reusable filters. Confirmed system operation and recommended cleaning or changing filters 2-4 times annually due to dirt buildup. Systems are operating as expected.
