Water Heater Installation Service – A client reached out for a water heater replacement. After discussing their requirements, we recommended an energy-efficient tankless model. On installation day, our team seamlessly integrated the new system into their home, ensuring reliable and continuous hot water supply that exceeded their expectations.

Changed radiator air vent in second floor back room. Confirmed operation. No more whistling sound. Replaced pressure gauge on the boiler. Old gauge broke with the probe in the fitting, removed fitting, Cleaned it and reinstalled fitting. Installed new gauge that shows pressure and temperature.
Replaced thermocouple and still had hard time keeping the pilot lit. Took about 3 minutes for the gas valve to recognize the pilot light is lit. May have to replace gas valve if pilot light issue continues.

Arrived onsite for maintenance for one gas fired boiler. Requested the customer turn on the thermostats up to heat and confirm operation of the boiler and each zone valve. Turned the boiler off and removed and cleaned all burners and wiped cleaner the burner compartment: performed a visual inspection of all electrical and inspected all external water components such as the exp tank, fill valve, backflow preventer and the circulator pump. System working as it should.
Arrived onsite for heating maintenance gas fired furnace in basement with a humidifier. Basement Furnace System: Turn heat on and confirmed operation. Homeowner changed 16x25x1 filter. Brushed and Wiped down furnance blower cabinet and gas burners. Burners fired and are in good working order. No visual impingement detected. Checked electrical. Cleaned the flame sensor. Measure temperature rise at 56 degrees. Turned on humidifier for winter. Observed leak from drain hose. Add hose clamp provided by homeowner. System is operating as it should.
Ductwork Repairs: During an evaluation of the client’s HVAC system, I discovered restricted airflow caused by a collapsed duct flex. I repaired or replaced the collapsed section, restoring proper airflow and ensuring the system's efficiency.
Systems working as they should. Homeowner will continue to monitor musty smell throughout the winter. If smell continues; perhaps a duct cleaning with microbial treatment may be needed.
Performed Comfort Club gas heating maintenance for one gas furnace/hot water boiler. Replaced standard fiberglass air filter (pleated filters available at additional cost), replaced blower belt (if applicable), lubricated bearings, checked gas pressure, cleaned condensate drain line for high-efficiency systems, and inspected the operation of safety devices, operating controls, and motors. Conducted a visual inspection of the duct/piping system and performed a combustion analysis.

Arrived onsite for a no cooling issue. Installed customer-supplied media filter and checked the system. Found a disconnected common wire from the capacitor and a high voltage ground wire detached from the wire nut. Reattached and secured both. Confirmed operation with an 18-degree temperature drop. System is now operating as it should.
Removed the old boiler and installed a new Crown gas-fired steam boiler. Completed all necessary piping and wiring, and installed a new automatic water feeder. Filled the boiler, checked for leaks, and skimmed it to remove oil residue. The boiler is operating properly.
Ensure optimal performance of your Weil-McLain Ultra 155 High Efficiency system by using the correct maintenance tools. Avoid the NTI boiler kit and use a granite washer for the igniter.
Arrived onsite for a no heat service call due to a blank thermostat. Customer had already replaced the batteries. Bypassed the thermostat to confirm the system was operational, then installed a new thermostat and verified proper heating and cooling operation. Also changed the 20x25x2 filter provided by the customer. System is working as expected.
