Came to install customer supplied natural gas gun convertor kit. We removed the existing oil burner and capped and sealed off the oil lines. We then proceeded to scrub and clean out all soot and particles from the boiler and installed and leveled new gas converter with new gaskets. We ran 3/4 gas line into the new burner We tested for leaks and painted the pipe to prevent rusting in the future. We proceeded to wire high and low voltage into the new burner We ensured everything lit fired and shut off properly. Everything is operational at this time.
Removed old 40 gallon propane water heater. Installed new 50 gallon natural gas, water heater. And still all new 4-in smoke pipe hooked up new gas piping also hooked up natural gas grill pool heater and converted dryer. Everything is operational and tested at this time.
Arrived onsite for ac maintenance on 1 systems. Upon arrival homeowner mentioned issue with the heat. Performed diagnostic and found condensate water trapped in the flue pipe which would trip the safety system to turn off. Pitched the flue pipe to drain the combustion water. Tighten the strapping. System ran as it should. If this continues we’ll have to come up with a more permanent solution of renovating the glue pipe.
Asked customer to turn AC on to confirm operation. Checked all electrical. Found fault in Voltage Enhancement System. Homeowner elected to wait on the repair. Chemically Cleaned outside unit, measured pressures for 410a at 80/196psi with 7 degree sub cooling with outside temperature at 56 degrees. Measured temperature drop at 20 degrees. Refrigerant might be undercharged. Cleaned evaporator coil and blew out condensate line. Every evaporator coil is rusting. Performed efficiency test utilizing MeasureQuick. System running but may not perform on a hot day..
Arrived onsite for ac maintenance on 2 systems. Opened outside condenser units. Removed all debris. Chemically cleaned the coils. Cleaned the drains. Inspected all electrical. Cleaned electric panel. Changed all filters. 2-20x25x4 .For the Coleman condenser in front of the building, no power to the unit from the Generac box. Inspected the box found the voltage control system engaged but not voltage passing to the condenser. Recommend contacting an electrician. Found Honeywell thermostat with low battery alert. Replaced with new batteries and still observed low battery indicator and alert. Possibly a fault in the thermostat.
Cooling Only System Maintenance - Seasonal Plan
Seasonal maintenance for (1) split system up to 5 ton cooling capacity, either roof or ground mounted
Includes replacing of standard fiberglass air filter (pleated higher performance filters can be added at an additional cost) , includes replacing blower belt (if applicable), grease or oil bearings, chemically clean the condensing unit, clean the condensate drain line, check operation of all safety devices, check operation of operating controls, check all motors, compressor and refrigerant charge, visual inspection of the duct system.

Arrived onsite for ac maintenance on 2 units. Asked customer to turn AC on to confirm operation. Removed top of both condensers, cleaned out all debris. Chemically Cleaned outside units. Found Significant organic growth and did my best to removed
Arrived onsite for mid season maintenance. Started by confirming operation of all systems. Found one furnace not operational. Changed all filters. Performed diagnostic on non-operational furnace. Found recently replaced barometric hose with rodent teeth marks in it. Replaced hose. Recommend exterminator.
The installation of the new 50-gallon indirect water heater (Crown Mega-Stor M# MS2-050) includes a relief valve piped to within 6 inches of the ground, along with all necessary hot and cold piping connections integrated into the existing system. Additionally, the setup includes boiler supply and return piping connections, low-voltage wiring connected to the boiler for smooth operation, and a bonding wire kit to ensure proper grounding and electrical safety.
Performed conversion on gas furnace (Carrier). Converted from propane to natural gas. Checked gas pressure 3.52WC White Rogers gas valve. Also tied in pool heater and gas meter.

Propane Furnace System: Turn heat on and confirmed operation. Homeowner recently changed filter.
Burner cabinet had significant dust. Brushed and Wiped down furnace blower cabinet and gas burners. Blower wheel has a good deal of dust and dirt and recommend blower wheel cleaning. Burners fired and are in good working order. Did not observe flame impingement. Checked electrical. Cleaned the flame sensor. Measure temperature rise at 36 degrees. Performed Combustion Test. System is operating as it should. Propane Water heater has some water stains. Appears to be from over 10 years and past its design age of usability. Recommend upgrading water heater before it fails or leaks.
Arrived onsite for no heat. Primed the oil fuel line and system started up. Observed as system burned for a while. Operating as it should. If problem continues recommend adding a Tiger Loop device to improve fuel flow.
Arrived onsite for noise in baseboard from air. Also notice indirect hot water system not keeping up. Performed diagnostic m. Had homeowner turn on all heating zones. Turned on hot water. On the boiler found, the purge drain is leaking and causing rust. There was a cap on it that had stopped the leak. The 1 1/4 isolation valve for the purge line is stuck open. Was able to purge each zone. And confirmed no more air in the system. There is potential air being introduced into the system. There is a spirovent that could be malfunctioning. Although baseboard system is quiet now if the noise comes back we’ll have to address replacing the components.
Received a call that the bedroom zone was manually opened and overheating the rooms, replaced the failed power head and wired in. Cycled the zone and confirmed operation, all ok. The zone is tied in with the living room zone.
Arrived onsite for heating issue. Homeowner noticed system took a while to turn on. Performed diagnostic and found a fault in the flame safety system. Homeowner elected the Gold repair. Installed new parts for flame system system and ignition system. Removed burned and sanded down all the rust and dirt. Wiped debris from burner area. Cleared burner tubes and gas delivery orifaces. But furnace back together. Performed inspection of the mechanical, safety, and performance system. Measure heat rise at 43 degrees. Also, changed 20x25x4 filter and water panel 35. Set humidifier to winter. System working as it should.
Arrived onsite for maintenance for one gas fired boiler. Requested the customer turn on the thermostats up to heat and confirm operation of the boiler and each zone valve. Turned the boiler off and removed and cleaned all burners and wiped cleaner the burner compartment. Performed a visual inspection of all electrical and inspected all external water components such as the exp tank, fill valve, backflow preventer and the circulator pump. Completed combustion test. Homeowner would like the anode rod replaced on this boiler. Will provide estimate.

Received a call that the furnace is not operating, upon arrival I found the draft inducer was overheating and shutting down causing the heat to shut off. We need to order a new draft inducer assembly, also found that the blower motor is making noise on start up and should be replaced as well.

Removed the draft inducer assembly, disassembled the parts and removed the failed motor. Installed the new motor and reassembled the motor cooling blade and the draft inducer blower wheel, started up the system and confirmed for proper operation. The furnace is now operating properly.

I highly recommend Climate Plus! I had an emergency situation Sunday evening and had to shut our furnace down. I called Climate Plus Monday and they assured me someone would come that same day. Joe came around 3:30 and was wonderful! He cleaned our dilapidated furnace for 3 hours. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing and what we need to do going forward.
I will say, I called another local company first and left a message. It is now 3 days later and they still have not returned my call.

Received a call that the oil fired boiler is not operating correctly and there was high CO levels in the house. Upon arrival I removed the flue pipe and found that the boiler flue passages were completely plugged with soot, I removed the flu pipe which I also found was not screwed together as per code, it was only being held together with foil tape. Remove the top of the boiler brushed and vacuumed out the entire heat exchanger, open the burner door and removed the heavy buildup of sit from the bottom of the combustion chamber. I found that the target wall has completely collapsed and needs to be replaced immediately.
Received a call at the furnace had tripped out four times over the weekend, arrived on site and replaced the nozzle, also made an adjustment to the zero setting on the burner. According to what the homeowner said is possibly happening, we may have a week ignition transformer they may not be creating a spark on startup at all times. If it goes out again we will attempt to replace the ignition transformer and see if that cures the issue.
