Before 12 Arrival; EPP- 1 Gas Boiler- Customer is saying that there is a valve that he needs to force open to allow water through the baseboard. Customer signed up for EPP plan with me today.

Arrived onsite for heating issue. Homeowner noticed system took a while to turn on. Performed diagnostic and found a fault in the flame safety system. Homeowner elected the Gold repair. Installed new parts for flame system system and ignition system. Removed burned and sanded down all the rust and dirt. Wiped debris from burner area. Cleared burner tubes and gas delivery orifaces. But furnace back together. Performed inspection of the mechanical, safety, and performance system. Measure heat rise at 43 degrees. Also, changed 20x25x4 filter and water panel 35. Set humidifier to winter. System working as it should.

Arrived onsite for maintenance for one gas fired boiler. Requested the customer turn on the thermostats up to heat and confirm operation of the boiler and each zone valve. Turned the boiler off and removed and cleaned all burners and wiped cleaner the burner compartment. Performed a visual inspection of all electrical and inspected all external water components such as the exp tank, fill valve, backflow preventer and the circulator pump. Completed combustion test. Homeowner would like the anode rod replaced on this boiler. Will provide estimate.

Arrived onsite for no heat service call. Performed diagnostic on the second attic furnace. Found a fault in the combustion pressure sensing system. Performed bandaid repair. Cleaned flame sensor as well. Confirmed operation of the system. Measured 40 degree heat rise. System working as it should.

Received a call that the furnace is not operating, upon arrival I found the draft inducer was overheating and shutting down causing the heat to shut off. We need to order a new draft inducer assembly, also found that the blower motor is making noise on start up and should be replaced as well.

Removed the draft inducer assembly, disassembled the parts and removed the failed motor. Installed the new motor and reassembled the motor cooling blade and the draft inducer blower wheel, started up the system and confirmed for proper operation. The furnace is now operating properly.

Arrived onsite for no heat. Primed the oil fuel line and system started up. Observed as system burned for a while. Operating as it should. If problem continues recommend adding a Tiger Loop device to improve fuel flow.

Received a call that the oil fired boiler is not operating correctly and there was high CO levels in the house. Upon arrival I removed the flue pipe and found that the boiler flue passages were completely plugged with soot, I removed the flu pipe which I also found was not screwed together as per code, it was only being held together with foil tape. Remove the top of the boiler brushed and vacuumed out the entire heat exchanger, open the burner door and removed the heavy buildup of sit from the bottom of the combustion chamber. I found that the target wall has completely collapsed and needs to be replaced immediately.

Received a call at the furnace had tripped out four times over the weekend, arrived on site and replaced the nozzle, also made an adjustment to the zero setting on the burner. According to what the homeowner said is possibly happening, we may have a week ignition transformer they may not be creating a spark on startup at all times. If it goes out again we will attempt to replace the ignition transformer and see if that cures the issue.

Came to no heating call upon investigation I found that the unit had gelled up and used up the oil in the line I purged the system and reset the burner. Everything's operational at this time. Would recommend applying heat tape to the outside lines so that way oil lines don't gel up in future.

We came to a no heating call upon investigation we found that there was a blockage in the system due to temperature drops in the pipes we repiped and eliminated a check valve which could have been an issue. Removing the check valve did not fix the issue there is a blockage somewhere most likely due to a frozen pipe. We also tried purging the system filling it with hot water and pressurizing it and flushing it over that also did not work to clear out the pipe. Need to check in with customer on later date see if the pipe thawed.

Came to no heating call upon investigation we found that the taco 007 circulater pump had failed. Parts are under warranty. We installed a new taco 007 circulatory pump wired and checked for leaks everything's operational at this time.

Arrived onsite to install customer provided thermostat for oil fired furnace. Also discussed upgrading AC with heat pump for energy efficiency. Homeowner may be interested in replacing return duct flex and adding filter vent.

We came to no hot water call and installed a new indirect 40 gallon water heater along with re-piping of the boiler and installing a new fill and back flow preventer. We installed a new zone control panel and rewired the system along with installing a new AquaStat for the boiler. We purge the system, fired the system and ensured that everything is operational at this time.

We came to service call to swap out parts on boiler that had blown the relief valve due to faulty pressure reducing valve and boiler gauge. We drained the boiler replaced pressure reducing valve, boiler gauge and the relief valve. We refilled the boiler and purged out the system. In addition we changed out the oil screen and installed a new Gerber oil filter because the units burner was losing prime.

Turned the boiler off and removed heat exchanger cover. Cleaned heat exchanger. Heat exchanger is in rough shape. Cleaned the best I could. Note the combustion gas piping needs to be corrected. An estimate for repair will be sent. Performed a visual inspection of all electrical and inspected all external water components such as the exp tank, fill valve, backflow preventer and the circulator pump. Clear condensate lines. Observed a fail to start which could be a possible bad gas valve. It is working now but something to keep an eye on. Confirmed system is operating and heating at this time.

Brushed and Wiped down furnace blower cabinet and gas burners. Burners fired and are in good working order. Homeowner already changed 16x24x1 filter. Cleared condensate lines. No visual impingement detected. Checked electrical. Measured 40 degree temperature rise. System is operating as it should. Attic Furnace: turn heat on and confirmed operation. Brushed and Wiped down furnace blower cabinet and gas burners. Burners fired and are in good working order. Blew out condensate line. No visual impingement detected. Checked electrical. Measured 50 degree heat rise. System is operating as it should.
