No arrival time given; Customer has a doctors appt. at 11:30 and she said she would leave the code to the garage for you if she will be out.
Repairs were performed yesterday, now customer has no heat on the 1st floor. Joe said he thinks its just that the system may need to be bled. Notes from yesterday:
Sealed up the chimney penetration from the flue pipe into the clay sleeve. Could not replace the gauge at this time because it was the wrong size, will need to return.
Returned with the new Tridicator, remove the old one from the system and install the new one into the boiler. Also cut out and removed the purge setup for the downstairs zone, installed a new adapter and drain. Filled the boiler and purged the air from both zones, start it up the burner and allowed the boiler to run and reach temperature. The boiler is now running and operating properly.

Afternoon Arrival; Comfort Club 1OH- Oil Hot air Maintenance. Customer said everything has been working properly. Customer is aware of cost of service.
9-11 arrival: 1H Oil Furnace maintenance.
11-2 arrival: Customer has oil boiler that keeps blowing the circuit breaker. He has only one heating unit on the property. He has an external electric hot water heater he uses but ideally wants his primary unit up and running
After 1pm arrival: (she is free) EPP 1H- Gas furnace. System is on and off, says temperature is dropping. Unit is about 6 years old according to customer. No heat last year around this time Oct 7th:
"Asked customer to turned heat up and went to attic. Found high efficiency Ducane furnace. Observed water under burner compartment. Heard water in piping and in combustion motor. Performed condensate drain clearing. Cleared every condensate hose and fitting on the system. Still hearing water and system not running consistently. Error for lack of pressure. Combustion motor making horrible grinding and swishing sound.
Homeowner elected Silver repair with Elite partner plan heating and cooling. Renovated exhaust system along with electrical renovation. Observed pitch of exhaust away from furnace causing condensate water to build up which lead to the clog and damaging of parts. Lifted the exhaust piping and strapped better to the rafters. System running as it should.
Performed heatin
Performed the maintenance for the oil fired hot water boiler, replaced the oil nozzle, oil filter and pump screen. Opened the top of the boiler and brushed and vacuumed out the heat exchanger. Reassembled and started up the burner, formed a combustion test and verified that all settings are correct. The boiler is running and operating properly at this time.
Arrived onsite for leaking water from the boiler. Found leak on union for magnaclean. Tighten union and confirmed no more leaking. Found leak in loose condensation trap cleanout. Tightened cleanout nut and leaked stopped. Performed test run of system. No leaks and boiler heating proper
Installed new 80% 80,000 BTU propane gas Coleman furnace. We began by strapping up ductwork and coil and removing the existing furnace. We then set leveled new unit and create a new transitions to the ductwork. We then converted the unit to propane and left the natural gas orifices and springs in the unit. We piped in gas piping and checked for leaks. We hooked up high and low voltage electric. We test programmed and adjusted unit to proper measurements. Adjusted gas valve for propane to factory standards. Everything is operational at this time.
Arrived onsite for maintenance for one gas fired boiler. Requested the customer turn on the thermostats up to heat and confirm operation of the boiler and each zone valve. Front room zone has a failed open zone valve. Will provide estimate to replace zone valve head. Turned the boiler off and removed and cleaned all burners. Performed a visual inspection of all electrical and inspected all external water components such as the exp tank, fill valve, backflow preventer and the circulator pump.
Performed the maintenance for one oil fired hot water boiler, replace the oil nozzle, filter, and pump screen. Remove the top of the boiler and brush and vacuumed the heat exchanger. Reassembled and started up the burner, perform they combustion test and verify that the burner is set properly and is operating and firing as it should be. Confirm that these own valves are operating and that the circulator pump is also working correctly, confirmed pressure of the boiler and operation of the aquastat. The boiler is operating properly.
Performed the maintenance for the oil fired hot air furnace, replaced the oil nozzle, filter, and home screen. Cleaned the combustion head, confirmed alignment of the electrodes, started up the furnace and confirmed for a proper operation. The burner and furnace are operating properly.
.50, 60°W nozzle, "A" pump screen, Garber oil filter.
Arrived onsite for leaking water from the boiler. Found leak on union for magnaclean. Tighten union and confirmed no more leaking.

Arrived on site for heating maintenance. Customer stated no issues with unit upstairs neither downstairs. Downstairs unit confirmed operation. Changed polarized electric air filter. Check gas pressure is at the gas valve with manometers, intake was 6 PSI and Supply was 3.4 PSI. Did a combustion analyzer test, unit is running with 87% efficiency and levels of Co is 42 ppm. Clean the safety flame sensor. Flame sensor was reading at 2.3.
Arrived on site for maintenance. Customer mentioned no issue with unit as of late did comment that upstairs does tend to get a little hotter compare to the rest of the house. Inspected air handler everything was fine with the air handler. Change the customer's filters. Started up the unit and went outside to look at the condenser, connect to start normally. Opened up condenser after unplugging the disconnect to operate on it safely. After opening up the condenser scoop that every trash from the inside and also wash down the coils from the inside with chemical and water. After cleaning condenser cooking that's her back together and started it up too deep measurements of the pressure. Pressure seems fine although the liquid line was three degrees cooler than the ambient temperature.
Arrived onsite for no heating service call. Observed low water pressure. Filled the boiler up to 18psi at 64 degrees. System started up. Showed homeowner what to look for. Will monitor incase it happens again.
Arrived onsite for no heating. Found the pilot light out. Lit pilot light. Turned system on and off several times to confirm operation. Discussed upgrading furnace due to age and efficiency. Homeowner agreed to installing new Furnace. Waived diagnostic fee. Note on the way out; observed vents and discussed duct cleaning. Homeowner elected to hold off on the duct cleaning for right now.
Arrived onsite for no heating. Found the pilot light out. Lit pilot light. Turned system on and off several times to confirm operation. Discussed upgrading furnace due to age and efficiency. Homeowner agreed to installing new Furnace. Waived diagnostic fee.
Perform the service for one oil fired hot water boiler, replaced the oil nozzle, filter, and pump screen. Remove the top of the boiler, brushed and vacuumed out the heat exchanger and the lateral run into the chimney. Reassembled the housing and started up the burner, purged the oil lines and confirm that the burner is firing and lighting smoothly. Confirmed that the aqua stat is operating properly, the circulator pump is operating properly and that the zone voucher operating properly. The boiler is working correctly at this time.
Arrived onsite for leak from recently installed mini split system. The leak is from the lineset condensation. The original installer came back and taped up the insulation.

I highly recommend Climate Plus! I had an emergency situation Sunday evening and had to shut our furnace down. I called Climate Plus Monday and they assured me someone would come that same day. Joe came around 3:30 and was wonderful! He cleaned our dilapidated furnace for 3 hours. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing and what we need to do going forward.
I will say, I called another local company first and left a message. It is now 3 days later and they still have not returned my call.
