No arrival time given; I told customer that if the meeting this morning goes longer than expected, then we will plan to come late day friday. Matt mentioned to please bring a ladder due to the next door neighbor issue. (I did tell the customer that Joe had not signed off on this plan yet though, and so I would call him if anything changes.) The rooftop unit that we last time changed a part for is now down again.
Jack is a bulldog and won’t rest until he finds the problem and fixes it! Great tech and an asset to the team.
