Arrived onsite for issue with the heating same. Follow up from recent repair. Found the high temperature safety control system turning the the system off around 170-180 degrees and turning on the system at 100-110 degrees this is improvement from previous part which wouldn’t turn the system back on 80-90 degrees. Increased the high heat limit setting to 180-190. Observed the boiler start up again at 120-13 degrees. Ideally the boiler low limit should be at 150-160 degrees. There is a possible blockage inside the boiler’s heat exchanger which is causing an inaccurate sensor reading. Most likely the boiler will need to be replaced. We will try to replace the part to confirmed there isn’t a fault in the new part’s sensor.
