Took apart the oil line for unit number seven and confirm that the pump is leaking by even with the burner not running, we will need to replace the burner pump, we need to replace the entire front panel from the furnace and replace the refractory material inside that is saturated and then need to soak up and dry all of the oil out of the system.$
