After 2pm Arrival Comfort Club 3C- The unit in the sunroom will not turn on. Down and upstairs is okay. She mentioned she would like to know if it can be prepared. I did prep her by saying that a units life expectancy is usually somewhere around 20 years give or take, and that with it being a room surrounded with windows, that could be a contributing factor towards the unit possibly having to work extra hard during hot months. **She said the unit is about 17 years old. She works until 3 M-F and works until 2 on Thursdays. I am sending partner plan information via email
