Arrived onsite for maintenance for one gas fired boiler. Requested the customer turn on the thermostats up to heat and confirm operation of the boiler and each zone valve. Turned the boiler off and removed and cleaned all burners and wiped cleaner the burner compartment. Performed a visual inspection of all electrical and inspected all external water components such as the exp tank, fill valve, backflow preventer and the circulator pump. Confirmed everything is operating as it should.

Arrived onsite for no heat call from 1st Floor system. Performed Maintenance/ Diagnostic. Basement Furnace: Power cycled unit to turn heat on and confirmed operation. System went off after being on for a a few minutes. Brushed and Wiped down furnace blower cabinet and gas burners. Burners fired and are in good working order. No visual impingement detected. Cleaned pressure switch fittings and tubing.. Checked electrical. Cleaned and Measured 2 micro amps on the flame sensor. Measured heat rise at 40 degrees. Observed system run. System is operating as it should.

Came and installed a new Coleman inverter 5 ton. We removed the old unit recovered all the old refrigerant We then placed leveled new equipment and adapted all copper connections and sealed all ductwork. We ran drains and brazed in linsets. We tested system with nitrogen and evacuated system below 500 microns.. we then charged system with 410a refrigerant we had to add 1 lb to the factory charge. We ran units tested operations and ensured everything is operational at this time.
